Everything here comes from a primary government source, or is written by us against one. No competitor material is used, adapted, or paraphrased — not as a courtesy, but because a borrowed question bank is exactly what makes the existing courses unverifiable.

What we hold: 697 questions across 9 published sittings, each with CBP's official answer.
Questions and keys are reproduced as published. We do not collect questions from candidates who have sat an unpublished exam.

Works of the U.S. government are not subject to copyright protection (17 U.S.C. §105). That covers the past exams, the answer keys, Title 19 CFR, the HTSUS, and CBP’s directives — which is why this material can be republished here in full and used freely by you.
What is ours is the work built on top: the explanations, the topic taxonomy, the drills, the simulator, and this site. See the Terms for what you may do with it.
Freshness
Regulations and the tariff both change on their own schedules, and each exam sitting is fixed to the editions designated for it. Where a page shows data, it says which edition it is showing. If you are preparing for a sitting, the editions on the designated-references page are the ones that count — not the newest ones.
How we check ourselves
Every stored citation is resolved against the ingested corpus on the deploy path; a reference that does not resolve fails the check. The methodology page describes the pipeline, including the questions we could not explain and why.
