§ 145.75 Liability for civil penalties.

(a)(1) Violation of § 145.74(g) after December 31, 2020, will result in USPS being liable for penalties in accordance with the provisions of 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(1). (2) The amount of the penalty will be $5,000 per violation. (b) The penalty will be reduced or dismissed based on the factors specified in 19 U.S.C. 1436(e)(2).
